A cool, underground jazz bar of the long-and-narrow variety. The bar master is quick to attend to you with ootoshi (a small homemade appetizer) and take your order. The bar is set up like a hallway or alley with a stage at the far end and a series of tables and chairs and a small bar running through lengthwise. For the best viewing experience, try to sit at the bar or up front close to the stage, as the back tables near the entry are a bit far away.
Sunday shows are early and often feature up-and-coming younger artists. From time to time there are also jam sessions.
